3 stars: System is very good. Need to improve much better. Usage and handling both institution and parents should be made simple. lacking real time and offenly gets hang. So getting more frustrating waiting on road for long time..Don't know actual status..
4 stars: Looks fine. relatively hang issues are lesser now with patches. However few enhancements are to be done...like of bus intimation remainder, speed syncing
3 stars: Lately the app hasn't been showing the tracking properly.Especially in the morning I'm not able to see the update no matter how many times the page is refreshed.Please fix this Falcon. It doesn't show where the bus is or if its 2kms away from the stop and so on. As per your mail,I have sent the student details and school details. Please rectify this soon..

3 stars: Extremely buggy app. Fails at least once a week. Many times the bus route doesn't show, so there's no point to point tracking. It just tells what time the bus left school, or like today, not even that.
