4 stars: I changed my 3 star to a 4 star just for the replay value it has. It's a good story, great character writing, great writing in general, and the illustrations! Dont get me started on the illustrations. BUT, although there is high replay value, after about ch. 2 or 3, it is notably rushed. The ending is unsatisfying compared to the rest of the story, and I got invested in my character, only for it to really not mean in the end.
4 stars: Definitely going to be a polarizing one. I personally loved it but wouldn't recommend it to many. The plot was kind of all over the place and vague, I did struggle a bit to keep up. It would be cool if more clans were added, but I think this is the only IF with Malkavians -- note that your clan is seemingly determined by your first two chosen disciplines. Auspex and Dominate results in a Tremere, so you need Obscuration for a Malk.
