4 stars: I don't know what the problem is but all of a sudden I can't open my client by name and look at notes I've put in pertaining to their service or to make any changes without going all the way in to the customer file to do so. Not happy!!!! Edit: problem seems to be fixed and working properly again with new update,reserving 5th star when I actually see it working during a busy day and not quit. Thanks for being so quick to fix.

5 stars: I love this app, it works wonderful for my small business. The only problem I have at the moment is there was an update made that changed the clock format for when you are booking an appointment. It used to just look like a clock and you could easily click the exact time you were booking someone. Now it's a clock you have to scroll through to select the time, the other one was way more user friendly.
3 stars: Not sure how many stars to give this app. Was working great until an update. Now when I go to check clents out from their appointment it will not let me. Goes to reveiw and check out and when I need to put in the amount...just takes me right back to the appointment. Will not let me charge them. Worked great for over two years. Now useless. I even uninstalled it and reinstalled. Nothing has worked. Looking for a new appointment app. 😢😢😢
