3 stars: Overall good app with all required references, only downside is a mandatory update at least once per week which you are unable to use the app while it updates. Also since the most recent one I am unable to zoom in to read any directives, which makes it pretty useless for now.
3 stars: this is a good app when it works. Have to download at the most inopportune times. Really inconvenient. I hope they fix that soon.
