5 stars: Really good relaxing sounds. I have anxiety and insomnia so I find it really hard to sleep, but this app definitely helped me sleep. One of the best apps I have found. Also love that there is no timer on the sounds so I can have it on all night un like some apps you can only have the sound on for 30 mins etc. I definitely recommend this app!
5 stars: Lovely and it helps. I used to use all sorts of guided meditations but in the end realised they blocked me and meditation is so simple if hard that all you need is time. In my case music helps and is a timer too. So I use this and just watch my breathing. That's it. Simple. This app has some great background sounds and music to suit all needs. Vv good.

5 stars: Downloaded this app a wee while ago...absolutely love the variety of music...very soothing and great for anxiety...love the fact there's a timer so u can set the amount of time u want to listen to the musical pieces...it's really helping me to chillax...thank u.
4 stars: This is an overall great app it is calming and is great for studying. The only problem is that the music stops 3 mins into the noise. Please fix this problem and then I will change my rating. If you like meditating then download this app. <
