5 stars: I had to read instructions on new phone and old phone. Made sure that LG switch was downloaded on old phone. I also had to use my mobile hotspot. It took about 2 hours but its now complete. I had been missing this data for over a year. Thanks!

5 stars: I just got a LG stylo 6 and my old phone was a LG stylo 3. I downloaded this app hoping to tranfer everything over, it actually worked. It took awhile cause I did have alot of contacts and media but everything is on here.
5 stars: I used it with my LG G8X and Samsung Note 9. Showed me a prompt that it must download an update. It downloaded and installed without any issue. Not sure why it won't work for the others, but worked for my combo. The rest is super simple. You select which phone send and receives, the method of transfer, what you want to transfer and done. Everything seem to have copied over correctly.
