But if you prefer something easier to use – which you probably do – then I suggest you test AMP Font Viewer, a handy app that displays a list with all the installed fonts on your computer and at the same time displays their actual appearance. With AMP Font Viewer you can see not only how many fonts you have, but also browse them by name or category. The program also includes a special area on its interface to view fonts that haven't been installed to your system yet.
You can customize the sample text used by AMP Font Viewer and therefore check how a given text looks, depending on the font you use to write it. AMP Font Viewer also lets you add special formatting to the text, such as bold or italics, and change the text's color.
