The DesktopSnowOK options are very easy to access. The main interface lets you choose what falls, how fast, how transparent and how many flakes. You can also set a quick deactivation key, which is a handy touch, and decide if you want the app to run automatically with Windows.
DesktopSnowOK also lets you choose colored balls to fall - you can have tennis, soccer and baseballs, or red, blue and glass-colored balls instead of snow. That said, it would be really nice to see some seasonal alternatives to snow - how about falling turkeys or Christmas trees instead?!
