Dropbox for Mac is a free online storage solution that promises to allow you to drag and drop files into it and share them instantly with friends.
It allows you to synchronize and share photos, videos, music and documents between multiple computers. All you have to do is create an account use the Drobbox for Mac client to create the folder on your Mac. Once you've created an account, you get 2GB of space for free. You have to associate one or more computers to your account and put your data online dragging or copying them into the Dropbox for Mac folder created by the program. Your data is automatically synchronized with your online account, and therefore accessible to all Macs on your network. Alternatively, you can access files from any Web browser and download the files hosted onto your account. A public folder lets you share files with other people, whether or not they registered with the service offered by Dropbox.
