Set in Paris, the story begins with journalist Nico Collard being invited to meet a powerful statesman, which draws her into a frightening conspiracy. You'll also control American George Stobart, who finds himself in the wrong place at the wrong time, accidentally getting involved in the mystery too.
This version is much longer than the original, and has updated graphics and cinematic cut screens. As it's considered one of the best ever adventures, making a new version is dangerous, but this manages to improve on the original. The additional material and control make the experience even better than before.
The original is an old game, and the difficulty of the puzzles reflects this - they are hard! Some people will enjoy the challenge, and others find them frustrating. However, there is a hint system to guide you when necessary, so you'll never get totally stuck.
