5 stars: Excellent customizer app! Works great overall. But sometimes the sound mode-shortcut can't turn my phone to vibrate mode. I rarely use it, but c'mon.. this small problem should be fixed in this near-perfect app!

4 stars: I love this app! I just have one problem: when I click the shortcut to change sound mode and go from Mute to Vibrate, it bypasses Vibrate. The phone will physically vibrate and switch to Vibrate mode for half a second, and then go straight to Sound without me clicking again to make it do so. This is disappointing as I always either have my phone on Vibrate or Sound, and right now I can't use this app to switch back to Vibrate.
