5 stars: First step: insert the SIM card in your smartphone and check the internet connection. Write down the correct APN address (you will set this address in the watch later), not in all the cases the default APN from the SIM card is working !
4 stars: This watch phone does it's job and my daughter likes it. There is a couple of bugs that could be fixed like the time I have tried many many times to change it and put the correct time and it goes back to the original time it came with. Sometimes we have trouble sending messages. And my daughter has trouble taking pictures the button doesn't work very well. But other than those small things it works good.
3 stars: App is promising, with many features. however it has few flaws. one very annoying is that the first notification received will remain stuck in your notifications list and you cannot swipe it out. phone reboot will fix until next notification. the others can be removed, not the first one. however, much more worrisome is that i started to receive notifications from another watch!
3 stars: The app shuts down often and the connection gets lost, especially if kids are in a building. It could be the issue with the watches rather than the app. I can't update the time on the watch after the end of the European summer time. But in general, it is good that I can call them through the watch and send messages.
