5 stars: Loved this app. It definitely kept me on track and I hit my goal and some. My only thing is, I wish you could see your progress graphs and data from previous diets. I just switched to maintenance and all of my data from my cut is no longer available. Aside from that, incredible app that gives you science-based information and allows you to make adjustments based on activity levels and workout days. Would definitely recommend!
5 stars: I bought the one year subscription during the black Friday sale. I've used the templates successfully in the past but I like how the app does all the calculations for you - you just put in what you want to eat and it tells you the portions. It also automatically adjusts your macros as you go to help you meet your goals (based on your weight). Only drawback is that I can't access it from multiple devices.
4 stars: Over all I like the app. It feels very rigid at times. Also body weight is the only metric that is used to measure success. No considerations for water retention, recomposition, or body fat percentages. It also becomes a hassle if you have to change your scheduling for the day half way through due to work/life. I like the app just wish there was more flexibility.
4 stars: Almost perfect, I just have issues with the app. Very convenient for following the RP template but my only gripe is that the app keeps showing blank white screens when switching to edit food or anything with options that require user input. I have
