4 stars: It's a really good app. The sellers are underpromising and over deliver so far. But only one issue , that each item of an prder is dealt with separately in terms of shipping fees . Hopefully , they enhance that later .
4 stars: Good place for online shopping. But sometimes when we try to click one of pictures promotion which is showing up on main menu, it's always have trouble error and need to close the application option. Because of this i just give 4 star.
3 stars: I have enjoyed it but it will be good if we have got the option to save our card information so that we won't suffer writing again again on every alışveriş.

2 stars: Recently, I had an issue with a shipping company who said they delivered the parcel when in fact they didn't, and stores that lie and send wrong products. It took the customer services arround 1 month to solve it with more than 20 calls for me to the customer services but at the end they did solve the issue. I am updating my rating of
2 stars: Nice experience, but electronics are not garanteed at all, 128gb SD card was corrupted with no use after 9 months, when I asked N11 support for replace it they denied my request. I am really disappointed,
