3 stars: Love the app and have been using it for a while now and then all of a sudden it stopped working, white screen, freeze up, etc. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, rebooting the phone, clearing the cache and still no go. In order to resolve the issue I had to go to the app info and clear the data. Makr sure you clear the data, not the cache.
5 stars: I can honestly say I've been using this app for three years without an issue. Quick and Easy! Update: I should add, I use this app at least 2 times every month and that I'm using a Samsung tablet. Not sure if the issues that others have been having are associated with Apple devices, or if I've just been lucky. I recommend reinstalling the app if issues persist, or consider backing up your info and completing a factory reset on your device.
4 stars: Great that an app exists for this! Wish you could attach PDF files and wish you could see pending submitted claims. Sometimes I can't remember if I submitted it or not or if it successfully went through! It's also not intuitive that you need to click on Blue Cross Mobile at the top of the menu to view and submit claims, and to check your coverage and view your plan usage. It just looks like the title of the menu.
