Inspirock is an online travel planning application that automatically generates itineraries based on the regions and dates you choose. Inspirock takes your preferences and matches them against local hotels, restaurants, sights and events to create a custom itinerary for your journey. You can tell it to focus on a single city or broaden it to a whole region. Travel planning made simple
Inspirock has an easy-to-use interface and seems to match its suggestions well to user specifications. You can choose whether you're planning a trip for adults only or for a family with kids, as well as specifying the types of different activities you enjoy and the pace at which you want to travel. It's much quicker than browsing a range of different travel guides, and the site descriptions are helpful, comprehensive and detailed. It isn't perfect -- its coverage is better in some places than others, for instance. If you're planning a trip in the USA or Europe, you'll find plenty of suggestions, but in other parts of the world this app is still expanding its list of sites and activities.
