5 stars: This is a very helpful app. I use it weekly and appreciated it in this lockdown time so much. I really liked the courses and the option to sync with your counsellor.
5 stars: This app has really helped me cope and identify my problems. I feel a lot better and I am improving!
4 stars: I think this app is wonderful, but I'd like to see an option to put past moods in. Usually when I'm really happy or really upset I don't think to write it down. Having this option would make the mood map more accurate.
4 stars: Currently having trouble logging in with my email. Use forgot password link and it gives me an error message. I love this app!
3 stars: The app has good info and is definitely useful for finding out what activities make you more or less stressed. I think the app would be much more useful when you use the option to link your data to a psychologist at the school. I asked support if it would be possible to link my data to a provider not associated with the school, but they never got back with me (its been 2 weeks).
3 stars: Only able to track mood unless you have a organization to pair with. Not a self use app. So unable to give a fair rating.

The main annoyance I face is the constant logging back in and having to change my password again because it kicked me off of the app and makes me log back in. Happens maybe once a month and sometimes it just gets to the point where I ignore and forg
