5 stars: Really like the app!! There are lots of trainings you can choose from! With or without equipment! Save time browsing the YouTube looking for workouts that suit you. You know that they are professional and all you need to do is to follow your own path and keep it up! 💪Worth the money!
5 stars: I like how this app provides user with workout guides that are easy to follow yet effective!! It allows and guides users to up their skills or techniques over the course of program they choose. Most important of all is that I really see a difference in my physical and mental health! 女力棒棒!
4 stars: The app is user-friendly and all the content inside is marvelous! But there's a little thing I don't like which is sometimes it takes forever to load the demonstration. Or sometimes the video just doesn't work at all. Hopefully Nüli can update this issue soon! Overall, this is the best fitness app I've ever used! ❤️
4 stars: It's great but the sets and reps need to be flexible in order for us to key in correctly. Some workouts can't hit 6 sets, I tried to set to 0 but can't as well. Will be better if we can set the sets ourselves.
3 stars: The app will need more workout tips. It's hard to know if I am doing the moves right. It's also difficult to switch from home workout to gym workhome programme so I can't stay home one day and go to the gym the next day. Other than these cons I actually enjoyed the workouts.
