5 stars: This app cant be installed on my unit. I was told i got 900+ points for staying with globe for soooo long. This is more difficult process. For years i was anle to claim easily. Now i cant even installed the app and it's expiring tomorrow as i was told. Please dont make rhings complicated. We deserve a better treatment...
3 stars: It's OK. I wish they have an option where I can add my other SIM card number and consolidate the points earned in each. See CLIQQ REWARDS for example, you can add up to 3 rewards card on your account and points earned in each card reflects on the total points earned in your account.
3 stars: I updated Sep 21 and by Sep 30 it prompted again for another forced update. You might as well just launch a website so you wouldn't have to bother with these forced updates just to view something we can see on a page. Please don't roll out an app just because you can.
3 stars: Great. I paid my spending limit on the 21st of September 2020, the next day Globe cut my outgoing calls. Now am I happy? Hope Globe will not do this anymore. But its always happening. Just check my records please.
