5 stars: Just now I use the apps to book for October 16th, but the apps change it without my approval to October 17th. Cost me almost half a million rupiah to change it back to the date I wanted. I had screen record video to proof it. I try to sent the video of screen record, got post delivery message as the email size 16 mb. Update. Good resolutions from Garuda. Thumbs Up.
3 stars: It used to work just fine, but now since I upgraded to Andorid Oreo, it doesnt even open. It crashes immediately when I tap to open. I've sent feedback several times but no progress yet. Not sure where the problem is but I really think garuda and their app developer team should catch up with the continuous operating system up date. I really love the airline, but your app has always been the biggest let down. Hopefully my comment reaches who ever responsible.
3 stars: Hi, kok tidak bisa registrasi ya? Setiap saya buat password selalu 'password is empty or invalid' saya sdh coba berkali-kali. Mohon follow up-nya.
3 stars: Add trip feature never work. You can't add your future trip, it takes like forever to load and eventually doesn't let add your next trip. I think the previous version works better.
3 stars: Form registrasi nya yg aneh.. nama depan dan tengah kok wajib 4 huruf atau lebih. Nama depan saya cuma 3 huruf. Dan saya tidak punya nama tengah. bagaimana cara registrasi orang yg cuma punya nama tengah dan belakang sedangkan nama depan kurang dari 4
