3 stars: I like this app, but it now takes me to an error page each time I click on an entry. It's become unusable. I'll rate 5 stars if I'm allowed to use stuff I already paid for.
3 stars: It's a good resource for making sure you cover all your bases l, but it keeps asking me to log in and blocking me from the content for no reason. Avoid if you hate constant updates.
5 stars: Every patient has one principle presenting problem, often the chief complaint, around which a differential diagnosis must be built. This app is really helpful in filling out that differential. Worth the $6.
5 stars: Great app, was cheap, not sure why everyone is complaining, some problem with the upgrade and customer service solved the problem quickly.

5 stars: Diagnostic reasoning requires generation of appropriate differential diagnoses, based on core sciences related to presenting complaints. Diagnosaurus is a very helpful app to aid hypothetico-deductive and schema-inductive diagnostic reasoning and should be introduced to many medical schools and physician training programs.
4 stars: Good app for thinking about differentials. I would pay extra if it connected to a database with more info about each condition, e.g., suggested test panels/workups.
