4 stars: Good app, love the fact we get the customers' and restaurant's address at the same time. We can get then plan journey ahead. Uber eats doesn't have that at the moment. I would have given 5 stars if it was more intuitive, like Uber Eats', showing the address at the top when getting closer and also if ETA's weren't so cut-throat
5 stars: App has improved over time .Customer and rider support are easily accesible .Good network of restaurant \u0026 merchants to keep you busy round the clock. The best feature now is that now appoints you the next order when about to finish the current one with no waiting time.
4 stars: My GPS within app is a little slow. I do deliveries on E-Bike. Sometimes when I'm at restaurant I have to wait for 1-2 minutes before it is updated.
4 stars: One thing I don't like is how just as you are about to deliver it sometimes offers you a new order. I find it adds an extra element of stress to the situation and it feels designed to hurry you to accept the job.
3 stars: The application was very easy and simple but sometimes it is getting crash or not showing orders properly later need to be refreshed. Also, sometimes showing wrong location of the restaurants.
5 stars: I find Deliveroo a good app. It pay good money for long distance delivery. And I have to walk less. Some issues with the rearaurents pinned at wrong locations in shopping centres. It deserves a 4.5 rating
