5 stars: This is the best workout platform. There is literally something for every level of fitness which allows you to progress from beginner to intermediate with confidence and customize your fitness journey. The program calendars and recording sheets make it so easy to keep track. If you follow them, you will see results. Great job BOD Team! 👏
4 stars: Occasionally, it will randomly shut down and kick you out of the workout so you have to reload it, but this issue has improved lately. Over the past few months I've had no issues and love it. The workouts, tracking, etc is all amazing. I continue to use it 5-7 days a week, as I have been for 7 years.
4 stars: I love Beachbody On Demand, it makes working out easier for me at home with the right guidance. They have lots of programs to choose from, they also have a wonderful Cooking Show with very yummy healthy recipes. However, they don't have a search bar on the cooking show, which makes it a struggle when you quickly want to find a certain recipe. I would definitely give 5 stars if we had a search bar in the app.
3 stars: Love the variety of exercises. And great recipe tips as well. But the app itself is terrible. Always needing to uninstall and install again because it quits working. Gives an error code and won't play the videos. Still does this despite following their recommendations on how to fix this problem. Very annoying.
