4 stars: excellent app but a problem with CC(Closed Captions). When I go back to watch local TV channels, the closed captions on the TV disappear and the only way to see the closed captions is to unplug the TV and plug it back in. In other words, the app messes up the TV's Closed Captions.
3 stars: How do you select subtitles and audio track? I tried to watch a video that had 2 audio languages and subtitles and I could not see the subtitles and choose the audio track. This feature is a must have, I won't buy this app if they are not there.
5 stars: I'm streaming web videos to my sony smart tv (not android tv) from my phone via your cast application in vewd app. But now it's showing vewd app service will discontinue from 25th june onwards. If so then how can I use the cast app again from opera tv vewd after 25th june. pls reply. My phone don't support screen mirroring. Edit:- Now there is no use for this app. Opera tv discontinued...
4 stars: Videos plays faster here than cast direct Android but it keeps disconnecting when the phone is inactive. Used to be the only way to mirror in iPhone through Vewd(Opera TV) on Sony. As of today, the app is no longer available on Sony Opera TV making it useless now. Edit: as of 1/24/2019 it's available again in Vewd
4 stars: Haven't checked the app in quite some time but, all those old buffering issues seem to be gone. Only a few of my videos don't work, probably not supported formats yet.
