5 stars: It's very easy to use and cheaper than the local laundry mats around the area. Only thing is the dryers don't have a cover over the lint trap. When u open the door the laundry falls into the lint filter and gets all over your shirts or socks. I know this isn't the apps issue it's the people that put the equipment in. The app works great, I never gave an issue with putting more money on my account or using it on the machines. Great app.!
5 stars: Love this place and the app means you don't have to carry cash on you!! Makes it a whole lot easier than changing 2 or 3 $20 bills for all them quarters! You put some money on the app and tell the app which washer or dryer to start! And then you will get an email when your washer or dryer is almost done! Love it!
4 stars: Excellent help with opening and using this app in the new laundry mat, awesome experience all the way. I just checked to see if it was busy and I can see how many machines are in use, it even tells me if a machine is out of order. Love it so far!!
4 stars: This app has been very helpful, carrying my phone is much easier than a bunch of quarters. I've been having issues where dryers will take more money/time than what I've put in. It's also showing when someone else is using a machine after I've used it but, was not currently using it.
