    5 stars: I love this app. I don't have to deal with Mara not understanding my response or deal with booking personal. They give me anxiety attacks.

    4 stars: Booking a round trip is a little confusing. The time fields (and what they apply to) aren't as clear as they could be. I won't know if I got it right until afterwards.

    2 stars: App has major bugs, service is terrible! Had a problem with 3-4 out of 6 rides. One driver went halfway to my house, realized he mixed up the addresses & turned around, was 40 mins late. One driver came to pick me up an hour early and aggressively knocked on my door for 20min before finally calling, kind of terrifying. One was 20min late, didn't call, and drove off as I was coming outside & cancelled. Apparently he marked it
