キャッシュ更新のタイミングを変更しました。
一部不具合を修正しました。
画像や動画などのダウンロードをAndroid OS依存（ダウンロードマネージャー）からアプリ独自の実装にしました。このためダウンロード先が画像の場合は画像ディレクトリ、動画の場合は動画ディレクトリ、音声の場合は音声ディレクトリに保存されるようになりました。スケジュール投稿依頼成功時にポップアップを表示するようにしました。ノートの投稿処理をアプリ独自のバックグラウンド処理ではなく、Androidが提供しているもので行うようにしました（WorkerManager)。また諸事情により、投稿時に一度自動的に下書き保存が行われ、投稿成功時には下書きの内容が削除されるようになりました。
