    3 stars: Consistently having freezing issues or issues with content not being loaded in a timely manner or not being loaded at all. End up having more luck on an iOS device rather than this android device which has been issued by my employer. My employer also uses this app therefore I must use.
    3 stars: Constant freezing on the tablet I use and failing to load my procedures. Often needs to re-start. Content is fine.
