When I make an appointment in Hi-doc the customer service will call me to confirm the appointment and advise if there are any issues connecting. Very impressed with the responsive customer service, which is why Hi-Doc is my go-to telemedicine app. And of course, great doctors too.
5 stars: Exceptional innovation that allows a panic parent to gain access to medical help on demand. 5 stars service from the medical team. Keep up the good work.
4 stars: Unable to make some selections when registering because parts of the UI get blocked on S21 Ultra. (*Edit: Modifying to a higher rating, as aside from the the above issue, this service has been excellent.)
4 stars: The video consultation is pretty smooth. Navigation with the app is easy. Have some issue on the video quality but was resolved after I rejoined the call. Pretty easy to use.
