4 stars: Update: developers made necessary changes to the app, now it is working. No longer works at all. Always gives me an error.
4 stars: Had to uninstall and reinstall a few times, but overall, this is the best app to download videos.

3 stars: Honestly great when it works. When it doesn't work(which is often), the file stops downloading and trying to re-download it results in it saying that you already downloaded the file, even when you delete it. Edit: over a year later and this is still the case.
