    3 stars: Been with this company for nearly a decade. Good service. Good improvements on the app. Issues with communication residents and facilitation of a property management needs of the resident life cycle. Especially for student housing
    5 stars: Not sure when it was added but SMS from the app is 💯 Occasionally have \nissues with being signed out and I think it has to do with changing from \nwifi to mobile when using the app a bunch. Other than that it much better \nthan before
    3 stars: The old app used to display the money available for the owners and for the properties whenever you would click on a property or owner. Please update app with that and I will give a higher rating. Also, it used to show how much security deposit and how much the rent is on a property/tenant. Not this new app.
    5 stars: I was reluctant to download without full site access. Now with that I made the switch. I read some people having issue looking at all their properties. Well I have figured that out already, when you get to the end of the list, swipe up and it loads more properties.
    3 stars: Still waiting for it to load all my properties. If I search it comes up; however, it does not display all.
    3 stars: Need to be able to either get to full site or send application from this to prospective tenants. That's usually something they ask for on a walk thru or showing and it's nice to send right then and there
