The plot revolves around the dastardly Count Soap from stealing the water supply. This silly theme pervades throughout the game, with a host of wacky characters and situations. These buggies are upgraded with a variety of weapons and upgrades via an in-game shop. Pressure Overdrive is an updated version of an older release, but with little in the way of story or plot changes, making it less attractive for fans of the original.
