Using it, the team compiles a list of goals and updates it daily with three major bits of information: 'in progress', 'done', or 'blocked'. Trying this app is easiest at the onset of a new project or the formation of a new team. The list view that it provides is easy to populate and modify, so it can also be used for existing projects, but it shines most when there are a ton of items to track and not a lot of detail is needed.
