3 stars: The program he uses to validate words accepts words that aren't words and rejects words that are indeed words. Its frustrating. Plus the cheaters suck and mess with your ranking. Also, when you swap out letters a lot of the time it won't swap the requested amount and too often you'll go 3, 4, 5 turns with having only vowels or consonants.
