5 stars: The doctor was prompt and so kind. Very helpful too! My only complaint is about the app, each time I go in I have to input my username and password and select a pin number and it asks if I want to use my finger print. I set this up but every time I have to go through it all again.
5 stars: Excellent service. Was very easy to setup when i followed the instructions given by my insurance company. Used the app when my son was sick and it was great to not have to leave the house. Doctor was excellent as well, VERY highly rated app in my opinion!
5 stars: Seems to work fine, just used it... The visit was very helpful and they were quick to respond. I see that others have problems with the setup but I had no problem at all.
5 stars: Easy to set up, and when I asked for an appointment as soon as possible the doctor called within 10 minutes. It was an easy, pleasant experience in every way and the doctor was both friendly and professional. He welcomed questions and encouraged me to call back if needed.
5 stars: Worked perfectly. There was an issue getting into the 'waiting room' but once a doctor was available I was connected quickly and was very happy with the experience.
