5 stars: Really great app and instant support ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was trying to book appointment from midnight and due to some issue I was not able to book appointment. Then in morning I went to hospital and ask for issue of booking but not got good solution. Then I contact support team and they solve my issue in 15 minutes only. Also they call me back and informed about issue resolution. Really thank you team. Have a great future ahead.
5 stars: It is not show evening appointments in advance while upgrade app to plus. Even todays evening appointment not show in the morning but tomorrows morning appointments available. Thanks for quick support and query resolution.
5 stars: unable to register. not getting otp for same. error while trying to receive otp through call. PS - i had not received any communication except this reply. however, after sending email to given id, they resolved problem quickly. hence editing the rating.
5 stars: Couldn't get OTP through SMS/call. Update: Impressed by the support team atleast. I haven't used the app yet. The support team reached promptly through email and call towards resolution.
5 stars: After reading lot of negative trending reviews I was negative about using this app. Today I used it and after visiting the doctor I was quiet impressed. The clinic normally has long que but I got 2nd token and I actually got 2nd number in the que. Really guys u did a good job that's why I came to write review.
