5 stars: This app has been great for helping me sleep better. When it's not in use I find myself waking up in the middle of the night and being unable to get back to sleep, but that never seems to be the case when using this app. I don't have a ton of apps on my phone, preferring to use it for the basics, but this is one I use every day. Unfortunately it's started pestering me with ads, even though I have a play pass subscription.
4 stars: I have mild Sleep Apnea and I didn't do well with The CPAP. Since I started Sleep Sounds I don't take so long to fall asleep. I'm sure many other people find getting to sleep difficult as we tend to think about daily stresses and negative thoughts. When I listen to my favorite sounds I fall asleep within 5-10 minutes. 5 stars: It has so many calming sounds.. Its positive and soothing.. This app also has a self timer so that your sleep isn't interrupted .. no need to worry about saving the battery percentage and closing the app before sleeping.. Have been using it for a year now.. Overall amazing app
