3 stars: Way to many bugs in this app, just tried to enter my payment info for my order 3 times with no results. Error codes and blamknscreen. Website wasn't working either, just redirected me to a blank webpage. Also was prompted to change my password for security purposes, do not see a need for this. Such a shame, I love pizza hut, it is my first choice every time but have become reluctant recently due to constant issues ordering :(
3 stars: Organization leaves something to be desired; have to scroll around to find anything as the items are all pagewide. interface for adding toppings has improved as they now show a price by the topping as you add them. Unfortunately in doing this they removed the half-half topping setup and changed it to a sub-interface to create each half like it's own pizza. should have fewer layers as it can glitch in transition.
4 stars: The Pizza Hut mobile app is versatile and convenient. Traditionally, I have placed my Pizza Hut orders online with my PC but recent upgrades to the hut rewards website seem to be optimized for mobile use only in regards to both order customization and account rewards tracking.
3 stars: Pretty basic right off bat I notice there are not enough options for specific orders. For example, I can't select extra sauce or a different sauce as the base.. Secondly there isn't even a way to leave a note for the location so I can make specific requests.. Pretty unacceptable for 2021 contactless bs society Imo oh well is w
