4 stars: Great app, I use it regularly... however having the ability to mix exercises from the different difficulties and create a custom set would really make a massive difference to me personally... Maybe even time per individual exercise? Thanks 🙂
3 stars: Positive are the many exercises in the app and the three levels. However, the descriptions of the exercises are not really understandable, much of these don't make any sense unfortunately.
4 stars: The developer tries to provide correct guidance as much as possible, including the breathing in relation to the movement. The app is straightforward and easy to use. I really appreciate it.
5 stars: Customizable and easy to follow. This app even allows you to pause to read instructions if there is a new move you have not done before. There is a nice big timer counting down. I turned off the voice so a bell indicated when it was time to do the next move. Simple and straightforward so I can start my workout quickly. Every program includes a warm-up and cool-down. This app is the perfect work-out companion.
5 stars: Great, easy to understand, you can pause to check if you are doing it correctly, and you have options big beginners to hard, love it
4 stars: Excellent for a free app. Some typos and some descriptions might be difficult for those attempting Pilates for the first time.
