5 stars: We’ve had the cable security system. Other than the crazy charges the product is good. Now with ring, set up is a breeze. We have the doorbell and 4 stick up cameras. They work great. Now the Flood light or spot light, having trouble getting that to hook up or set up. I keep scanning the code ( sticker ) and it says I’m scanning the wrong product. Well the scanner is wrong. I’m still giving Ring products 5 star. It’s simple and easy.
5 stars: First, I made a few ringtones according to the guidance, but there was a phenomenon of elongated sound quality. I tried to contact the customer service. I did not expect the customer service to respond in time. Finally, WeChat was added, and I was very patient to help solve the problem! Finally the problem was solved perfectly! Its so caring and responsible!
5 stars: I love the ring doorbell it is the best I love it and think it is funny is when they wave in front of the door ? and I can see the is always alerts you about robberies,stabbing,and police just to be safe it is like a second doorman!
