    4 stars: Changed to four stars (from two) as it no longer treats me as a new user every time I login. After uninstalling and then reinstalling it seems to work. Looks good so far, anyway. App is easy to use and i can finally turn the wifi off for my sons XBox! Router purists will probably hate it but I have no more problems. Not five stars until I'm sure it wont forget me again. ;)
    5 stars: Has worked well for x number of years. Now saying \
    4 stars: Suddenly Unable to log in. Keeps telling me there is no account associated with this app even though I have been able to login in the past with no problems. Now it seems as if there is a problem with the desktop site as well as I am unable to retrieve my account information there either. Just checked..... Working again. I can now log on.
    3 stars: Never know where you are with BT. App resets every so often and you have to reenter all credentials before its up again. Then signal is unreliable and app can't measure speed. Just don't know what to do!! Make full payment without fail yet the service remains woefully dismal.
    4 stars: The main reason for the 4* rating is purely based on the fact I can manage all the devices connected to my BT hub. I can kick my kids off the WiFi at any given moment which is really handy. The app could do with more refinement IMO. This app feels more like a web wrapper than a fully fledged application, the apps animations are a tad slow and clunky.
