5 stars: Easy app to use. Almost all food outlets in the town where i live is on the app. Nice feature to track your order. You can select various forms of payment & include predetermined tips (from 10% or a customised amount) or none at all. You can add delivery instructions which is helpful. Friendly delivery drivers. Thumbs up Mr D.
5 stars: Love Mr D app. So convenient when you don't feel like cooking. The variety is great. It's just very sad that all the food prices as more expensive on the app then instore, and then you still have to pay extra for an service fee as well as a tip..
4 stars: I ordered my pizzas from Oakland Garage Cafe, which as always are great. I have only done 2 orders from the app for the Garage Cafe and both times when selecting the 4 cheese pizza, it places a Margherita in the cart instead. At first, I thought that it was my error but it appears to be an issue with the app. Other than that, all went well.
4 stars: App has gotten a lot better. Please work on the coupons piece of the app. There is no indication that a coupon can reach a limit if too many people use a voucher. It's incredibly frustrating to get all the way to check out only to find that a coupon is no longer usable as a limit had been reached. It's very misleading as the app promises one thing but cannot deliver on it.
2 stars: I know my adress, your app got it wrong, and yet it doesn't let me enter my address from scratch. It regularly confuses the delivery drivers. Ed
