3 stars: First time testing with friend did not work. It worked the second time but it needs to give users more feedback responses. Such as when system registered picking up Rider and when the free ticket requirement had been reached. Also, maybe include a payment option for riders to pay drivers since drivers need to pay for fuel.
5 stars: Very useful app. Only fault is that it's time consuming having to set each individual ride. Would be better if the app could store your common drive/ride times so that it could be quicker to set up.
3 stars: Automatically log me off every few hours. Not sure if that's the reason i never have a matched journey.
4 stars: I initially had trouble but the Liftango team were great at helping me out. Great app thanks
