John NESS APK v2.02

3 stars: It's smooth with game on my Note 9, but I don't like how you can't get original speed of things. I will have to find another one because I remember lots of other emulators I seen having correct speed when the fast forward or function is not enabled. The slowing down of the speed just ruins the sound too.
3 stars: It's a good quality emulator. But for those of us who use on-screen controls, the virtual game pad is not good. You can press in all directions quite well except diagonally - which is a huge problem for say games like Super Castlevania IV, where you need to be able to attack with your whip in all directions to be affective. Improve this area, and I'll be a fan.
2 stars: I would give it a better rating if it had better functionality. I purchased no ads version but game keeps force closing several times where ads would be. Is this normal? It's definitely not enjoyable. Also, some buttons I have to press several times before they work. I try to move a player forward but have to press several times to do so. Wish it wasn't too late for a refund. I miss the original John Nes.
2 stars: Too many ads. I would get SNES 9x for Android for sure. Although it's not as easy to use as John Ness, it's more than makes up for it for not wasting 10 seconds of your life every time you change games, save states, load States or even just boot up the app.
