Insight Timer - Meditation App APK 17.0.2

5 stars: I've tried a couple different apps and this was the best fit for me. So much variety. Depending on the day and how I feel I switch up my meditations Style. no issues finding what I am looking for. So many options. Meditations, courses, sleep stories etc. I did purchase the year off because I wanted all of the options. I find it a lot less tedious then searching on other search engines.
5 stars: I love this app. There is lots of free content, and no obnoxious ads. The guided meditations are excellent, and there are lots and lots to choose from. There is a meditation timer, which is suitable for silent meditation. There are lots of meditation sound tracts with music, nature sounds, and more. The sleep function is excellent: it blackens the screen, and shuts the phone off when the track is finished. I highly recommend this app.
4 stars: Love the variety of mediations and music that this app has. I use it every night to help me sleep. If I could make one suggestion for improvement though, it would be to add a
3 stars: I have been using this app since 2018 and I've been subscribing for nearly 2 years now. I do however get rather annoyed about the amount of times the UI changes; you get used to one, and then it changes. I am really not keen on the most recent update, and I don't feel it's intuitive for the end user. I feel like if these regular changes continue, I'll have to find another meditation app, which is a shame as the content is really good.
