3 stars: Last version endlessly ask to turn GPS on, which in fact already on. Therefore I cannot work with this updated version. It's annoyng.
5 stars: Can't opened it from Android Q/Android 10. Already called a call center and then no work solution, already did every solution that customer service had. Poor quality of apps development. Really way behind as a start up, 4 Months to 6 Months behind. Poor Go-Jek *Edit Finally can logged in on Android 10
5 stars: Good apps. Please consider to increase driver's incentives, and set competitive price for customers, so that they would not leaving Gocar to other apps. Last one, please do not block customers phone number, during pick up, because there were so many case or situations, which cannot resolved only by doing chat. Thx.
