5 stars: Can't create an account. It requires a code that's sent by text to your phone, but the text never arrived even after several tries. I contacted support about this issue and they said they were looking into it, but never got back to me after that. Update: Working now. They created an account for me after I followed up again and the app works great
3 stars: The app is okay. Bare minimum. Please add functionality to alert the user if a spot opens up in any given day between a given time. The place I book is generally fully booked but last minute cancellations always happen. I sometimes want to be able to find that open slot without having to open the app 10 times a day. This would benefit businesses also
2 stars: This app is almost impossible to figure out when trying to book multiple appointments with the same provider. Fitness, for example. Booking a group class plus a one on one class for the same day at a different time is frustrating and doesn't seem to ever have the correct time tied to the right event. There has to be a better/easier way to book appointments than what this app provides.
2 stars: Charges clients a cancelation fee when stylist cancels appointment in less than 48 hours. No credit to clients when stylist cancels but charges clients when stylist cancels. Will never use this app to book an app and cutting off stylist using this app. Must send an email to delete account, which inconvenience and outdated. 2 stars since everything else works a
