4 stars: Going through the same loading screen over and over again trying to get to the point to make the verification video. Always being told that it couldn't connect and then kicking you back to the select screen. Then being told to come back later cause you've tried to many times...Ridiculous
4 stars: I am not sure how this is useful as a BC services digital card. There is no barcode or is number displayed anywhere. Yes I can access other services but I can just use the website because I am just redirected there anyway. Update: This is not a BC services card per se. It is an authenticator, for using online services. Similar to MS authenticator, it is used for online use only.
3 stars: The app needs to like to another government app for all records and COVID vaccination record. This process is where the problem is as it is a multiple step process. I'm still not sure of the process as I fumble through it each time.
3 stars: The access to Health Gateway is very convoluted, starting from app to browser then app again, and finally back to the browser. Why does it needs to open the browser anyway? There should be an API for the app, that's the whole point of installing this app. Otherwise it's more secure with just a browser plus two step verification.
