4 stars: If it wasn't for the poor playback quality, it would be a 5, but every time I open the app and try to watch something, I get stuttering, minor visual glitches, and / or delayed audio or video. I've tried on my phone, PC, and 2 different laptops at work, at a library, at home, or even while traveling, so I doubt it's a network issue...
4 stars: I like the top section that lets us return to programs we hadn't finished watching. The section that lets us link to channels we subscribe to is helpful. The app could be improved by moving our watch list after subscriptions. I find it hard to know what follows the subscriptions list. Using the subs section as a template with sections instead of channels would make a big difference.
2 stars: The commercials suck I don't know why they had to add them to a paid service. When going to previous page app takes you back to the top of the page. zoom function doesn't work all the time and makes the image to big for the screen. Having actor bios is a great feature on the app. The ability to add different networks is nice as well be it pricey for some.
