100 pushups: 0 to 100 push ups APK 1.9.1

5 stars: Really love this app. I've done way more with the help of this app than I would have done on my own. Really helped to motivate and stay on track and I'm close to finishing the 100 pushups! The end of the training sessions have increases in reps that are too intense too fast so I repeat some sessions before moving onto the next.
5 stars: I love that this lets me start at my own level and progress as I feel I build strength.
4 stars: I used this for the full 100 days if countertop pushups and was happy with it. I used the 90 second rest periods to do stretches from my physical therapist which maximized the results for the time spent. I wish there were better instructions an out HOW to do pushups - proper form. I've only been using this 2 weeks, but I already notice my arms are stronger. I like the interval trainings and stretch during the rest periods. When I'm done my blood is pumping and I feel energized, not exhausted. The only minus is the lack of explanation oh proper pushup form AND the lack of instructions on how to use all the features. If they're there, I cannot find them $1.99 is a reasonable amount in my opinion. Really useful app. I will share with friends.
4 stars: I just started this workout plan and it's pretty good but I don't like the fact it tells you one thing and it only gives you a week of workout. Plz fix this problem
3 stars: It's great for 5 days...then the free app wants you to pay. Kinda missing the point most people down
